The Registration Fee is 550€ per person (1,100 € per team), 550 € per judge and 850 € per observer and the payment of the fee will be separated in two stages:
1st Stage - 40% Deposit Due of the total amount. Once your institution is on the provisional allocation list, you will have to pay the 40% of the total amount of your fee (teams + judges + observers) on the corresponding round’s deposits due period. (see above). This means that on this stage, the participants will have to pay 440€ per team sent, 220€ per judge sent and 340€ per observer sent.
2nd Stage - Payment of the remaining 60% of the total amount. Once your spots get confirmed, the payment of the remaining 60% of the total amount of the fee will have to be paid before September 30th.
Keep in mind that even if there will be different registration rounds, once the team cap is filled, no more teams will be allowed.
The registration policy is in all substantive aspects similar to that used by previous WUDCs, but make sure to read the Madrid WUDC 2023 Registration Policy before filling this forms.
Keep in mind that by filling the registration forms you certify that all data provided is legitimate and you agree with the Madrid WUDC 2023 Terms and Conditions and Registration Policy. Also, by participating in Madrid WUDC 2023 you are agreeing to follow the Constitution of the World Universities Debating Council.
