Travel

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas receives all international flights arriving in Madrid. It is located just 12 kilometres northeast of the capital, allowing passengers to save considerable time and money travelling to and from the airport.

A very attractive factor for international participants is the fact that the Schengen visa allows free travel to any of the countries of the Schengen area within its validity. Moreover, citizens from countries with a visa exemption agreement with Spain can visit for a limited period without a visa or are exempted from visa requirement and are allowed to enter Spain only with a passport. 
The Host team will provide full support to expedite the visa issuance process for overseas participants. We are actively reviewing the possibility of making the process as simple as possible with an official letter from the Host team.
